McCray’s Bar-B-Q meets Reality TV
Derrick McCray knows barbecue.
His family has been serving it up for decades in Riviera Beach and West Palm Beach, and to the NFL’s best as part of the Player Networking Event at the Super Bowl.
Now, McCray is putting his taste buds to the test.
McCray will be a judge on the reality TV barbecue show, “Holy Smokes.” It’s a competition between churches.
McCray told the Palm Beach Post he hopes the show brings some exposure to barbecue in South Florida.
